Thank YOU for Supporting Science Friday

To everyone who donates, we’re delivering something warm and fuzzy.

On December 1, we—along with many organizations around the world—marked #GivingTuesday, a day for celebrating generosity and giving. We literally couldn’t make Science Friday happen without your support.

It’s because of fans like you that we accomplished so much in 2015.

  • We produced 104 hours of radio
  • We created 25 digital science videos
  • We published 30 free, standards-aligned educational activities and lesson plans
  • We launched a new website and published 120 web articles

We met many of you in-person at our book club events, live broadcast events, and our first-ever science trivia night—all of which we organized with a staff of just 17 people, plus many partners and friends.

All of our radio segments, podcasts, videos, educational activities, and web articles are absolutely free. But they’re not free to produce. In fact, Science Friday is almost entirely dependent on donations.

Right now, we’re already making plans for 2016. Trust me, there’s a lot of great stuff around the corner!

So ACT NOW, and make a donation to support SciFri in 2016. We can’t thank you enough!
