“What on Earth?” Auto Week continues.

Sure … driving this conservatively isn’t fun, but it sure saves gas. Anyone who has suffered major delays due to traffic jams can tell you that — as aggravating as slow traffic can be — hardly any gas is used when you’re creeping along an expressway where you usually drive 55 mph or more.
