A Look Back at the Space Shuttle

by Katherine

Fact A: The space shuttle is awesome.
Fact B: Just about everything is better when it’s read by William Shatner.

If you’re still jonesing for more shuttle after you watch the video, tune in to Science Friday this week. We’re taking a look back at the illustrious, and sometimes tragic, history of the vehicle — so listen for vintage SciFri interviews, and even some audio from Ira’s NPR report on the first launch back in 1981.
