Everyone was so impressed seeing the space shuttle flying atop that 747. Why not keep one in the air? Instead of retiring all of them to static resting homes in museums why not keep one piggyback atop the 747 and fly it around the country, as a permanent “traveling” exhibit so folks everywhere can enjoy?
