Hottest Year On Record

You didn't need NOAA to tell you.  You just had to experience our winterless winter. But now it's official.  NOAA documents the last 12 months were the hottest 12 months on record and Spring followed suit, with April being the third warmest on record. 

And west Texas, hardest hit by the drought, has no letup in sight, with the drought extending all the way out to California (see grahic).
