There's been a lot of sad news
about massive numbers of bees dying lately. This got us (and many of you) thinking about the critical role bees play in our ecosystem and agricultural systems. So for this week, we wanted to highlight a video we created about bee bodies, which are perfectly adapted for pollinating.
Morphology is the study of the structure and function of an animal’s body. And sometimes, learning all the bits and pieces can get really intense! We had a ton of fun creating larger-than-life insect body parts out of common household goods like hair combs, pipe cleaners, and toilet brushes to help you better understand bee morphology.
