X-rayed Singing

by Katherine

This clip shows what happens inside the body when we sing.

The clip, from Swiss director Pierre-Yves Borgeaud’s 2002 film Inland, was created with the radiology department at the hospital in Lausanne, Switzerland. Inland is an abstract film about the experimental musical duo known as Stimmhorn, who use unusual vocalizations in their music. Mind-blowing.
