Ozone Update
Production of chlorofluorocarbons, or CFCs, is scheduled to end next year. But some members of Congress are questioning the wisdom of this and asking for a reversal of the ban on CFCs. Do these chemicals really harm the ozone layer? How much debate is there in the scientific community? In this hour: the state of the ozone layer.
