Ocean Acoustics

You may think of the ocean as silent, but it's actually a very noisy place, with many of the sounds coming from the variety of marine life inhabiting the waters. In this hour of our special broadcast, ocean acoustic experts will discuss why sounds are important for life underwater and how manmade sounds affect the undersea creatures.
