Bioengineering Crops

Scientists have been using genetic engineering to generate designer crops--plants that produce their own pesticides and provide tastier and healthier fruits and veggies. But there are caveats--plants immune to weedkillers may be able to teach weeds the same trick. In this hour of Science Friday, a look at building better crops.
