Hour Two: Charles R. Knight's Paleo-Art

Many popular images of pre-historic life--including dinosaurs, mammoths, and sabre-tooth tigers--come from the paintings and drawings of artist Charles Knight. Knight's work also influenced scientists' perceptions of these extinct animals. In this hour, we'll take a look at the life and work of Charles Knight, the father of prehistoric and wildlife art.

Call in with your comments and questions at 1-800-989-8255, and share your opinions online in our Listeners' Lounge (registration required).
