Stress (broadcast Friday, November 30th, 2007)

You've survived the big family Thanksgiving get-together -- but now the winter holidays loom on the horizon. From the stress of shopping and preparing for celebrations, to the potential challenge of dealing with those relatives that you may only see once a year, holidays can be a stressful time. In this segment, we'll talk about stress, how it affects your health, and how you can de-stress for the holidays. Teachers, find more information about using Science Friday as a classroom resource in the Kids' Connection.
