Who's An Expert?

From celebrities telling you not to vaccinate your kids to science fiction authors disputing global warming science -- it seems like everyone is an expert these days. With technology placing endless information at our fingertips, has 'expertise' changed its meaning? And how can ordinary people evaluate the competence of 'experts?' In this segment, we'll talk about whether there's been a decline in true expertise, and whether leveling the information playing field between 'experts' and 'non-experts' is necessarily a good thing.
