Missile Defense

Earlier this month, North Korea launched a rocket in what officials in North Korea called a satellite launch attempt, but outside observers called a test of a ballistic missile. The test was not a complete success, according to space analysts -- the rocket did leave the launch pad, but both the rocket and its payload appeared to land in the ocean without achieving orbit. We'll talk about research into missile defense systems, and the status of missile defense in the US military.
