Carbon, Climate, Copenhagen
Climate negotiators are meeting in Copenhagen this week, seeking an international consensus on approaches for dealing with climate change. But not all the action is occurring overseas -- this week at home, the US EPA announced that it would regulate greenhouse gases as pollutants under the terms of the Clean Air Act. We'll get a roundup of the week's news regarding carbon, climate, and Copenhagen.
