With another round of international climate talks underway in Cancun, we'll talk about what a survey says Americans believe about climate change. A recent survey found that found that 63 percent of Americans believe that global warming is happening, but many do not understand why. We'll find out more.

Inglis is a departing member of the House Science and Technology Committee, which recently held a hearing entitled "A Rational Discussion of Climate Change: the Science, the Evidence, the Response."
