Oakham Primary School is situated in Sandwell, West Midlands England. It is a two form entry school, with 482 children from a broad mix of socio-economic backgrounds.
The school was graded by OFSTED as outstanding in 2013. Teachers Josh Kettle and Ashley Mills created their Our Blue Planet program in consultation with Anne Bedford and #AntarcticLog creator Karen Romano Young. The program began in the fifth year (11-year-olds) and has now extended to second year (7-year-olds).
