Andy Miller

C.A. (Andy) Miller served as the Associate Director for Climate with EPA’s Office of Research and Development prior to retiring after 34 years with EPA in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. His two primary research subjects were characterization and control of combustion-generated air pollution and alternative fuels, and climate change impacts, adaptation, and mitigation. Andy was involved in oversight and review of the past three National Climate Assessments in his role as EPA’s representative to the US Global Change Research Program. In his retirement, Andy volunteers with the Environmental Protection Network, a group of over 750 EPA alumni across the country.
