Through an employer matching gift program, your company may match your donation to Science Friday—often dollar for dollar. That means a $50 gift could become $100, a $1,000 gift could become $2,000, and so on, at no additional cost to you.

How employer matching works

Getting your gift matched is simple:

  1. Make a donation to Science Friday.
    Already donated? Great! Many employers allow you to submit matching gift requests for donations you’ve already made.
  2. Search for your employer.
    Use the tool above to see whether your company offers a matching gift program and review its requirements.
  3. Submit your matching gift request.
    Follow your employer’s instructions to request a match. The process varies by company, but many requests can be completed online in just a few minutes.
  4. Double your impact for science!
    Once your employer approves the request, they’ll send a matching contribution to Science Friday.
