Natasha Wade

Dr. Natasha Wade is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at UC San Diego and licensed Clinical Neuropsychologist. She has 15+ years of experience researching the relationship between substance use (and particularly cannabis use) and brain-behavior relationships. She is also interested in mechanisms underlying neurodevelopmental changes related to substance use, screen/phone use, improving measurement methods, and toxicology. Her research identifies how patterns of self-reported cannabis use and objectively measured cannabinoid exposure from toxicology relate to cognition and brain health over time in adolescents and young adults.
