Valissa Mayers is Science Friday’s office manager who keeps the engine running at our HQ. She comes with twelve years of administrative experience in various industries including construction, fashion, and publishing. Valissa holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Hertfordshire and is an IAAP Certified Administrative Professional specializing in Organizational Management.
In her free time, Valissa gives back to the community as a Rotarian with the Rotary Club of Metro NYC. Originally from Trinidad and Tobago, she will happily tell you she’s a foodie, a feter, and a Converse Chuck Taylors collector.
