The world’s largest solar thermal plant just opened in California’s Mojave Desert, producing enough electricity to power some 100,000 homes. But solar and other renewables aren’t the only items on our energy menu. U.S. Secretary of Energy Ernest Moniz talks about progress on President Obama’s “all-of-the-above” energy strategy, which includes energy sources like nuclear and natural gas.
