Taylor Walders (they/them) is a science communicator based in New York. They have worked in science museums, libraries, on archaeological dig sites, and on stage where they have worn many hats: including as a STEM entertainer, a historian, a pub trivia host, an event coordinator, and as the Science Friday Book Club Community Manager. Their work focuses on helping people connect with science through storytelling and community, and they are especially passionate about fostering curiosity and a lifelong love of learning, while striving to make science feel accessible, inclusive, and meaningful to all. They hold a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Geneseo and enjoy spending time with their two dogs, Welker and Pepper.
